First up is a nice new pair of high waisted shorts. For me, no where really does shorts as well as Topshop do. These beauties are a 'not so bad' £28, so they won't break the bank. I have seen them in store and the colour is spot on! With the sun (ever so slightly) peaking through the clouds, I think a nice pair of high waisted wonders is just the thing I need to pair with my multiple amounts of jersey tops.

Next is another Topshop 'must have' for me. A fancy necklace.

This little gem comes in at £25 which, admittedly, isn't the cheapest from the high street. However, I do think Topshop jewellery has a nice quality to it and in my experience, lasts very well.

I really like the bolted affect, chunk of silver and gold at the front mixed with the black rope-like collar.

I have a similar necklace to this from ASOS by a brand called "Pieces' and I love it. So I know this bolted beauty would be worth the money as I would get my wear out of it.

Also on my wish list is this Velvet Waterproof Eyeliner by Daniel Sandler.

I have seen it used in the Pixiwoo sister's videos before and it looked fantastic. It looked super black and it's water proof!

I have definitely been leaning more towards eyeliner these last few weeks. Khols, gels, liquids, you name it - there is one in my makeup bag. But with the 'warmer' weather approaching (we wish)  it would be nice to have the confidence that when I apply my eyeliner, I won't have to check on it later. So this is a 'must try' for me.

I found this on ASOS as well so that'll be 10% student discount to all of us lucky Uni geeks out there!

Something else on the "I like buying stuff" list? Oh yes, and it's another one of my current favourites. A neon jumper.

I have heard that some people are a little sick of neon, I was one of these people myself. But I saw the light when I picked up a gorgeous bright Orange knit in Topshop not too long ago. Thus, sparking a little bit of an obsession...

None the less I saw this jumper in a video of Lucy's (her blog link > here) and knew I had to have it.

It's the perfect 'limey' neon yellow colour and I NEED it!

This next month coming I plan to start driving lessons! So that's where I am going to be spending most of my money for now. So there aren't many things I am lusting after (where there is normally a list a mile long).

MAC - Embrace Me Lipliner

Browsing the Spring Summer beauty trends online, as you do, I stumbled across this image for Giles SS 2013.

Immediately the bright lip caught my eye. I was fixed.

After a good half an hour travelling all over the internet I discovered this bold lip to be MAC's Embrace Me Lip Pencil.

This pencil is described on the MAC website as a "Vivid pinkish fuchsia" which I would totally agree.
It can be muted down and rubbed into the lips with a finger or brush once applied or you can just go for it (which is normally my choice of option).
This pencil was limited edition in a quite recent collection as I managed to nab mine from Debenhams whilst they were having their 15% off sale! (BARGAIN)
However, don't fear! It has just been released with the MAC Fashion Sets Collection, along with a lipstick, nail polish, eyeshadow and lip glass to match.
I would definitely recommend this pencil, although a little drying, apply a lip balm or lip primer first and a little gloss or lip balm after and your set for the day with little to no touch ups.

Definitely a staple colour for Spring and Summer!

What I got for Christmas

I have got around to re-filming my "What I got for Christmas" video, so that is FINALLY up!

Took me three attempts but it's working at least, apologies for the quality it always seems to get worse after I export it from iMovie.

I am hoping to purchase a video camera, or flip camera soon so vlogging will be much easier! (I will also try to remake this video, with much better quality)

HAUL: A Special Christmas Purchase

Hello again everyone!

I had some Christmas money to spend, and some of my own money I had kept, so I wanted to buy something special. I did end up getting (what I think) is a perfect Christmas gift to receive, perfume!

This weeks wants #1

Being that Christmas is behind us now, I've had my eye on a few little things (not that I don't usually, of course). I thought I would start a weekly segment that I could easily do from my macbook if I didn't have the time to film a video or to take some proper photos. So here it goes!

This week I have had my eyes on:

1. The one and only Michael Kors. I know these watches have become increasingly popular and a lot of people seem to own one, but I still cannot help myself. They really are beautiful and the one I have always fancied is the Gold Chronograph watch.

2. Next up is something that I missed out on in the sales, and it sold out! (sad face) Topshop's Knitted Textured Fluffy Cardi. Literally quite in love with this item of clothing. When I saw it on the website I really couldn't wait to get it but I told myself I wasn't allowed it until it went into the sales. Thus I was wrong to try to stop myself shopping as it pretty much went out of stock the next day!

3. Finally, a staple for anyones makeup bag who is constantly on the go. Chanel's Illusion d'Ombre. I haven't yet had a chance to give these a try but I do have some Christmas money left so I might have to indulge and treat myself.

4 & 5. These two gems are more of a practical purchase. Having recently got a macbook pro, I need some sort of case to keep it safe when carrying it around (I'm a worrier, I know) and what better than a Michael Kors laptop case to keep it cosy?

Obviously I can't leave my ipad out, it would feel lonely, so the matching pair would be very nice.

These also come in different colours and are at quite reasonable prices for a designer label.

Also in this weeks wants is a provisional driving license, but a picture of that might not be so pretty.

This was just a silly post, I hope to have better up soon as I have three hauls ready to film!

Introduction to Blogger

Thought to start off it'd only be polite to create a short and simple post about myself!

 I am 20 years of age, I am currently studying a Degree in Illustration, and working night shifts to earn some dollar.

I often receive compliments that I should be a make up artist, or working on at least a make up counter somewhere! I do love make up, and make up artistry but I have decided for now to secure a degree and a job before pursuing a dream.
This does not stop my interest in beauty, and beauty products though!

I love all things Disney, Chanel, gold, polka dot, the colour cream, clean cut blazers and beautiful coats.
I love perfect (and messy) buns and my favourite colour/shade is black.
I adore all things fashion, it has been a big part of my life for such a long time and I seem to always be studying anything fashion related.
I am a big Disney fanatic, my fixation with Disney is nearly as great as my fixation for clothing.
I would really like to start a vlog channel on youtube, but I am very busy juggling a job and university and everything between. We'll see.

I'm still not too sure how to work blogger, or how to make my blog look gorgeous!
